Macarthur FC and Campbelltown City Council launch 2020 Member Fan Day

Macarthur FC are pleased to launch in association with Campbelltown City Council, our 2020 Member Fan Day at Campbelltown Stadium on Saturday November 14th, 2020.

The afternoon will be a celebration of football culminating in Macarthur FC playing their second community match against two local association partners.

Macarthur Football Association and Bankstown District Association will both feature in the match playing one half each against the A-League newcomers.

This day is an exclusive member fan day with Macarthur FC Foundation Members and current 2020/21 Season Members gaining free access to the stadium on the day.

Macarthur FC Chairman, Gino Marra, said this is a great way to reward the members who have supported the club on the journey so far.

“Members play such an important role with the club.

“The support we have received from our Foundation Members since the very beginning has been incredible. Members are joining every day and the excitement is really starting to build.” Marra said.

“This is a great opportunity for us to show our appreciation to our members before the season.

“I’d like to thank our association partners who have supported the club as we build into our debut in the A-League.” Marra added.

Mayor of Campbelltown, Cr George Brticevic said:

“You can sense the excitement growing among our residents and the wider south west as the season approaches,”

“This is a great opportunity for members to come together and continue building the community culture around the club,” Cr Brticevic said.

“It will be great to see our Macarthur Bulls take to their home pitch for the first time and get a first taste of a matchday at Campbelltown Sports Stadium,” he said.

Macarthur Football Association President Darcy Lound spoke of the wonderful opportunity to play the Bulls at their new home.

“It’s a huge opportunity for our NPL Macarthur Rams to play against Macarthur FC. It’s going to be the first big match for the bulls at their new home ground and a great opportunity to bring the football community together.”

Bankstown District Amateur Football Association Deputy Chairman, Dimitri Hursalas said it is an exciting opportunity for local players to play against some of the best in the A-League.

“What a great way to support the newest A-League club by playing against them in a community match. This is a great opportunity for some of our local players to gain experience and play against some of the A-League’s best.”

Macarthur FC Inaugural Season Memberships are currently available, starting from $12.88 per ticket per person, for a family GA pack.
