Macarthur FC can confirm that Moudi Najjar will join the Bulls inaugural A-League campaign, after finalising a loan agreement with Melbourne City FC for the 2020/21 season.
The proud western Sydney junior joins Milicic’s men on a one-year loan agreement from Melbourne City.
Progressing his way through the Wanderers Youth system Najjar linked with Melbourne City in early 2018.
Since his A-League debut in the 2018/19 season, Najjar scored his first topflight goal in the final regular season match last season.
Having previously worked with Najjar during the Young Socceroos 2018 AFC U/19 Championship campaign, Milicic praised the 20-year-old’s commitment.
“Moudi is a very versatile player who has plenty of potential.
“Ivan (Jolic) and I have worked with Moudi previously with the Young Socceroos. Although it was only for a short campaign, I was impressed by his work rate and commitment to his game.” Milicic said
“He is a strong player who works hard on and off the ball.
“I’m delighted that he will be part of our inaugural squad.” Milicic added.
